Rules for Competition

The rules at the competitions can be hard to follow. Each squad will perform a (2.5) two and a half minute routine including jumps, dance, cheers, creativity, transitions, etc.You are not allowed outside the preforming area. A penalty will be deducted from your final score for each rule infraction. The amount of the penalty depends on the severity of the infraction. No cheer or sideline chants, jumps, dance or tumbling are permitted.
